Our dream of ‘a little piece of Africa’ has come true after 10 years of planning. In 2003 five partners, all passionate about Africa, bought 480 ha of pristine bushveld close to the unspoiled beaches of the sunshine coast. This was ideal to develop our small bush retreat with an exceptional ambience and fresh country style kitchen. All buildings are perfectly fitted in the environment taking care of trees and bushes. Energy saving and water purifying systems for drinking water are just some of the technologies employed.

Most of the construction was done by ourselves. Luckily we always got advice and assistance from our friends. Special construction like the thatched roofs were naturally done by the experts.

To us the Sebumo Tude project means courage, creativity and the highest respect for nature and humans. We look forward to sharing this with you.
