TARIFF:

• per person per night sharing which includes breakfasts and a Welcome Drink
• Includes 14% Vat
• Single supplement + 25%
• Children from 14 years and older are welcome
• Check in time 2:00 pm / check out time 11:00 am
• Tip & service fee not included

 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival = 50% of reservation total
• Cancellation within 15 days of arrival = 75% of reservation total
• Canellation within 7 days of arrival = 100% of reservation total
• No shows or departures prior to scheduled date will incur 100% of the reservation total
• Refunds and waivers are the sole discretion of management

The above tariffs and conditions are offered in good faith, we reserve the right to re-negotiate any of the above mentioned terms, tariffs or conditions at any time.

PAYMENT:

• 50% deposit is payable after our booking confirmation in one oif our accounts
• The balance of 50% is payable 7days prior arrival in one of our accounts
• We accept Euro from European Country’s to our German account.
• We regret we don’t take Credit Cards anymore.
